MLK Day Future Stars Kids Softball Camp

Come join us for a fun morning of softball with the Prairie Stars. The UIS Softball Team will be hosting a morning of softball drills, games, and excitement for any level of softball player. Whether your softball player is brand new to the sport or has played softball at any level, this camp will be fun for all experience levels. The current UIS Softball team and coaches will be running the camp to teach fundamentals on throwing, hitting, and fielding. There will be fun games throughout the morning along with an opportunity for autographs and pictures with players.

Location: Student Life Gym – 2380 Theodore Dreiser Lane, Springfield, IL. In the Student Life Building on the campus of UIS. Please use parking Lot B located across from the YMCA Soccer fields and the gym is on the south side of the parking lot.

What to bring: Bat, Glove, Helmet, Water Bottle, and Gym Shoes– Please label all equipment. If you need to borrow any equipment for the day, please send an email in advance so we can reserve the item for your child.
