Summer Swim Camp Session 1
2020 SUMMER SWIM CAMPS
The Panther Summer Camps are designed for swimmers that have aspirations of improving their strokes and times for high school, club, and/or college swimming and both options can have swimmers of any age group (10-18). The coaches of the Panther Swim Camps will continue to provide the most innovative and contemporary swimming experience possible.
During each week of camp, a pronounced emphasis will be placed on stroke, start and turn techniques, and mechanics. Daily video sessions with immediate playback will serve as an invaluable aid in diagnosing and dissecting each stroke. Further, an explanation of the scientific principles involved with swimming, strength training, nutrition, race strategy, and mental training will be offered in seminar discussions. We will try to leave no stone unturned. We want to offer the best, most complete and comprehensive swimming experience available anywhere.
Athletes will be housed in air-conditioned dorms during their stay and eat in the student dining center. Each camper will be provided with a UNI Swimming and Diving cap. Additional items will be available for purchase through our camp online store.
- Check In the first day will be at 6:00PM
- Check Out will be at 11:00AM the last day
- All check in and check out will be at the UNI Wellness and Rec Center
WHAT TO BRING:
- (1) Pair tennis shoes
- (2-3) Swim suits
- (4) Pair shorts
- (4) T-shirts
- Pillow case, Long student bed sheets or sleeping bag
- (4) Pair socks
- Alarm clock (optional)
- Toiletry articles
- Water Bottle
- Small carrying bag/backpack
- Fan (optional)
- (2) Pair of goggles
- (2) Swim caps

Panther Swim Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
