Advanced Mixer

Monday and Wednesday ------- 10:00am - 10:45am  

Advanced Mixer class provides an environment for a total body strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular activities for participants that would like more challenge individually.  This instructor guided class uses equipment to increase resistance in the water and provides encouragement for each participant to try new things.  This class, which is similar to Aquatic Mixer, is upbeat, fast pace and full of fun, challenging exercises. It also incorporates social interactions with peers.
