WHAT DOES THE CAMP INCLUDE?
Both camps are identical and will include 20% skill and team development, 45% team chemistry and side out drills, and 35% tournament play with a significant emphasis on 6 vs 6 play.The camp is designed and lead by Coach Jozsef Forman, Head Volleyball Coach.
The TEAM CHEMISTRY AND SIDE OUT DRILLS are very intense 6 vs 6 games which will build up your team chemistry and prepare your team for the upcoming season.
The TOURNAMENT is a round-robin or all-play-all tournament with at least a minimum of 10 games/team or more played. The tournament is designed the way that even teams that are not advancing to the finals are going to play games with a few breaks throughout the tournament.
COACHING CLINIC: During our team camps, we will be holding a 1-hour long coaching clinic session. We are going to demonstrate teaching methods and progression of serving, passing, setting, blocking, hitting, and defense. Team chemistry and side out drills are also be showed. The clinic will be run between the camp sessions by Coastal Carolina volleyball coaching staff.
We recommend to have 8-10 players on each Varsity or JV team attending the camp for optimum court time for each camper. The maximum camper number on one team should not be more than 12 campers.
With a team of 8 or more, each high school coach who works with her/his team during camp, will receive a $100.00 stipend. The $100.00 stipend is offered if you would like to work with your team during the camp in addition to our camp staff court coach. The camp staff court coach will be running the drills, and the team coach can give her/his players instructions, correct their arm- and footwork, make substitutions, or the coach can just simply talk to the players such as encouraging them, etc. The coaching during camp is optional.
Overnight Camper Fee: $310.00, which includes 6 camp sessions, 6 meals, 2 nights of housing, a camp T-shirt, and other small camp prizes. *Please Note: the first meal at camp is dinner, so please make sure to have lunch before arriving to camp.
Commuter Camper Fee: $260.00, which includes 6 camp sessions, 4 meals (breakfast is not included in the commuter rate), a camp T-shirt, and other small camp prizes. *Please Note: the first meal at camp is dinner, so please make sure to have lunch before arriving to camp.
Overnight Assistant Coach Fee: $130.00, which includes 6 meals, 2 nights of housing, and a camp T-shirt.
Commuter Assistant Coach Fee: $90.00, which includes 4 meals (breakfast is not included in the commuter rate), and a camp T-shirt.
OPTION #1: Registering with $600.00 team deposit (the deposit is due upon receiveing the invoice) and paying the remaining balance later, no later than 14 days prior to the first day of the camp. The deposit holds the team's spot for the camp and it counts toward the camp fee. Please note: The team's spot will be held permanently once we have received the deposit.

Camp and check-in will be held on the campus of Coastal Carolina University at the new Student Recreation and Convocation Center (also called as HTC Center), 104 Founders Drive, Conway, SC 29526.
*Please Note: No refunds will be issued for cancellations without a refund request submitted in writing via email, fax or mail prior to the first day of the camp.*
Cancellations due to injury will be refunded in full minus the online processing fee up to 14 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations due to injury less than 14 days prior to the camp start date will be refunded in full but the $75.00 non-refundable deposit and the online processing fee. These refund requests will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that your camper is unable to participate for medical reasons.
Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded in full but the $75.00 non-refundable deposit and the online processing fee. Once camp begins, refunds will NOT be given.
To cancel via email, send your notification to email@example.com; note in the subject line “Camp Cancellation” and make sure to include your camper's name, camp's name, and camp dates.
