Tom Doyle Memorial  Eastern Regional Softball Tournament

The RKE JAXX , NJ Heat & Toms River Lightning Softball Clubs are Hosting the 12th Annual Tom Doyle Memorial  Eastern Regional Softball Tournament on July 24 - 26, 2020.   Tournament Headquarters will be at the  NJ Heat Soldier Field Complex in Howell, NJ.   This year’s  Tournament is open to both Gold, "A" level and futures fastpitch teams.

Event details:

• 6 games guaranteed(weather permitting)
• * 2 pool games on Friday, July 24th
• Teams will be seeded into 4-8 team brackets on Saturday July 25th
• Top 16 teams will advance to single elimination on Sunday July  26th Gold Championship Bracket
• Winners advancing to the TDM gold championship game
• 6 remaining teams that do not qualify for the fold pool will advance into 1 of 2 –  8 Team SILVER Brackets that will begin on Sunday July 26.
• Entry fee is $795/team
• 2 umpires/game
• Umpire fees will be collected prior to game play- teams will be responsible for a $50/team to be paid to the umpires (2 Man) or $30/team (1 man) at the coin flip before each game.
• The tournament will be USA Softball registered for insurance purposes
• NO REFUNDS once team is registered.
• Each team will be play 3 Pool Games with 75min time   limits, weather permitting
• NO REFUNDS once team is registered
• 16 teams per Day Maximum.
• 16/18U age divisions may be combined 
• Teams must provide proof of insurance
