This Tune Up clinic will get you geared up and ready to kick start your club season! We will be training all skills with a positional focus and may include some of the following- first contact situational techniques, setter deception/decision making, arm swing efficiency and blocking/attacking vision. There will be three 40 minute segments focused on Technical Skills training, Situational training and finally 6 v 6 competition while being mindful of amount of jumps/swings for the weekend. Club experience is recommended as this clinic will be working primarily on higher level training techniques. There will be an optional tour at the end of camp if you want to check out the athletic facilities at Kent State.
