Adrian Penland Basketball is conducting Pre-Season workouts aimed at readying your player for the upcoming basketball season!! The Program will consist of a 9 -week, 2 sessions per week schedule. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our coaches will focus on fundamental basketball skills such as footwork, dribbling, passing, defense,rebounding, catching and receiving, running, agility, and shooting. The goal of the pre-season is to get into the best possible physical condition and optimally develop the skills needed to be successful during the competition season.
