In conjunction with Hub City Soccer Club & Northern State University, we would like to invite you to the Wolves Futsal Classic. This S.D.Y.S.A. and U.S. Club Soccer sanctioned event will be held indoors at the Barnett Center on the beautiful campus of Northern State University, Aberdeen, SD. Take advantage of the extra day in February and join us at NSU on Saturday 29th February, 2020. The tournament will offer a challenging and technical opportunity for girls aged 10-18 and boys aged 10-14, to experience the beautiful game of Futsal in a wonderful setting. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games with a championship game taking place at each age group.

8 players per roster (4v4 games which includes a goalkeeper…3 outfielders + a goalkeeper) 4 guaranteed games 24 minute games.

Once registration is complete, we will notify teams of acceptance via email where roster forms and release of liability forms will be emailed.

Games: Pool Play and then championship bracket.

ABOUT FUTSAL

Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small sided soccer game. It is a 4 v 4 small-sided game played on a hard surfaced, basketball-sized court with a smaller, low bounce ball. Futsal is played with touchline boundaries and without walls. Futsal places a large emphasis on technical skill in high-pressure situations which can be translated into the outdoor game. The sport is a great skill developer as it demands quick reflexes, fast thinking, and pin-point passing. Some Benefits of playing futsal are:

• Allows players to frequently touch the ball and are engaged in game.
• Presents many opportunities for 1v1’s and to score goals.
• Promotes player development
• Maximizes participation

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued within 2 weeks prior to the start of the tournament. Refunds requested prior to the 2-week deadline will be assessed a 30% administrative fee.
