RED & GRAY SKILLS CAMP
This camp, designed for 7th and 8th grade athletes, will continue the development and progression of vol-leyball fundamentals and teaching more advanced techniques . Serving, passing, setting, hitting and dig-ging will be taught through the use of drills, games and competition.
JULY 6TH - 9TH
*Incoming 7th - 8th Girls
*Denotes grade entering
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $75
A Wildcat Water bottle and unlimited Gatorade during camp is an additional $10.
Indiana Wesleyan Volleyball Camps are open to any and all entrants
(limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
POWER HOUR
A specific skill will be offered each day after camp. General Skills Session II (Red & Gray Skills Camp) ONLY is welcome to stay after and get an additional hour to perfect an individual skill. This hour focuses on small group training.
1:00 - 2:15 p.m.
$15 per daily power hour
Monday: Hitting (arm swing, footwork, shot selection)
Tuesday: Setting (hand positioning, foot work, set development)
Wednesday: Passing/Defense (platform, footwork, serve receive)
Thursday: Serving (form, hitting zones, different serves)
Snack (granola bars, fruit snacks, Goldfish, trail mix, etc.) are available for purchase and/or you can bring your own snack.
Location: Camp sessions will all be in the Recreation and Wellness Center on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan University.
