Event Description

COACHES

The cost is $300 and covers 20 meals, and 20 T-shirts. There is no limit for how many players can be on a team, but additional meals + shirts (past 20) can be purchased for $15 per player. Team Rosters need to be submitted by June 11th. Overnight stay for your athletes is available on June 17 and/or 18. Overnight stay is $30 per person, per night. If you desire overnight accommodations, please communicate with our staff.

PLAYERS
Your coach will email you a link to register as a part of your team. Please fill out the form and complete the Medical Waiver attached.

Tournament #1: June 18th
Tournament #2: June 19th

WHO
Varsity & JV / 9th Grade Teams, Separate Divisions of Competition

COST

LOCATION
RecSports Field Complex - Sutherland, 3620 Sutherland Ave., Knoxville, TN 37919
Quarterfinals: Finals of varsity bracket will be played in Neyland Stadium

TIMES
Registration: 8:00am - 9:00am
Coaches Meeting: 9:00am - 9:30am
Games Start: 10:00am

FORMAT
Each team guaranteed 5 games (3 pool + 2 bracket).

TOURNAMENT INCLUDES
Lunch and T-Shirts for 20 players. Coaches will only receive lunch. There is no charge for coaches to attend the tournament. If you would like to purchase a lunch & t-shirt for players past 20, the cost is $15 per player

ITEMS TO BRING
Need to bring traditional football helmets, cleats and all members of each team should be dressed alike.
Please do not wear tights only as bottoms. Please wear shorts over tights.
