Intro to Athletic Strength & Conditioning

DePaul Prep is organizing its first strength & conditioning camp. All DePaul Prep students are welcomed to join and improve their weight skills and knowledge over seven weeks over the summer. No camp the week of June 29th. S&C camp will be run by DePaul Prep strength coaches.

June 8th - July 31st

Open to: DePaul Prep Incoming Freshman and Sophomores
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Cost: $100

Location: Weight Room

Gear Needed:

Gym shoes
Workout Attire
