The Elite College Prep Camp is geared for the more advanced and more skilled volleyball player who wants to train in a competitive collegiate type environment. Skill development will be emphasized in the following areas: serving, serve receive, forearm and overhead passing, setting, attacking, blocking, transition & competition. Technique refinement and exposure to tactical aspects of the game will also be covered.

We recommend campers for the Elite College Prep Camp have at least 2 years of competitive high school volleyball OR high level club volleyball experience.  Campers will be split up based on age then skill level if needed.  Campers that would like to train with their friends may do so.  Camp Store will be available and only cash or check will be accepted.

What to Bring: Players should come dressed ready to play. Please bring extra shoes to change into to keep the courts clean for camp.

Additional Information:

The College Prep Camp is designed for elite level athletes who are interested in experiencing a collegiate level of training, in order to compete at the next level.  The session will be directed by our UNI Volleyball Staff.

This short, but intense session will include:

• On-court skill instruction
• Strength and conditioning talk
• Campus and facilities tour

Interested athletes should have a high level of club and/or high school experience, and aspire to play collegiate volleyball.

Insurance: All Campers must have health insurance in order to participate.
