Simpson Volleyball Camps

2020 Stormfest 9th & 10th Grade Team Camp

Stormfest is a one-day team camp for 9th & 10th grade teams. The camp format includes lots of competitive team play, team practice, skills contests, and skills demonstrations with practice. This is a terrific opportunity for players beginning high school competition to “jump-start” the season and gain match experience.

Steps to register for team camp:

1. Coach should contact Barb Overton, Camp Coordinator, to reserve a spot in team camp at barb.overton@simpson.edu or 515-961-1409.
2. Complete the team registration and pay the team fee ($50).   Payment may be made online by credit card or mailed directly to camp coordinator.  Check payments are payable to Simpson College.
3. Coaches will receive an email confirmation to acknowledge the team registration.
4. Direct your players to register individually online after the team registration is confirmed.

Player Registration Information:

1. Approval by the camp coach is required prior to completing the player registration.
2. Each player must provide a signed waiver and health insurance verification in order to participate in team camp.
3. A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to payee when the registration and payment are received.

Early registration team discount: A $50 team discount will be provided when all player registrations, waivers and payments are received prior to June 15, 2020.

Confirmation: Coaches / team representatives will receive a camp confirmation and team roster form when the team registration form and team fee are submitted.

Team Camp Schedules: Specific details regarding the camp schedule will be emailed to camp coaches in mid-July.
