Cost: $150/Before May 1st

Camp Features

Benet Volleyball camps are designed to teach athletes to make specific movements with proper technical form. This camp is designed to provide campers with training to develop higher-level fundamentals and individual skills. It will also provide technical instruction, proper feedback, maximum ball contact as well as teaching a global understanding of the game.

The camp will focus on the individual and also specific team play. This camp is intended for future Benet volleyball players or players thinking about coming to Benet.

This camp will also include classroom time where we go over the following:
  • Overall Benet volleyball philosophy (offense, defense, serving, blocking and serve receive)
  • General skill development and what you can do to get better
  • Advanced skills and what you will need to do play at the varsity level and beyond
  • Understand our statistical guidelines
  • Understand what the tryout expectations will be
  • Strength and physical fitness guidelines
  • The varsity visualization training

Camp Instructors

The camp will be run by varsity volleyball coach Brad Baker, current Benet volleyball staff members and also current and past Benet volleyball players.

The current Benet volleyball staff has been together for eleven seasons and during that time the program has averaged over 37 wins per season. The varsity team has won 27 tournament titles, five conference titles, twelve regional championships, eight sectional championships, and brought home a state trophy 6 of the 12 years- finishing 2nd in 2008 and 2013, 3rd in 2018, and winning the 2011, 2012 and 2014 4A State Championship.
