We Accept:

Objectives:

Introduce young athletes to the sport of Track & Field and all the events it has to offer
Begin training routines to prepare athletes for City High and South East Junior High seasons
Introduce athletes to a variety of workouts and practical strength training for Track & Field athletes
Provide athletes with information regarding nutrition, shoes, spikes, event specific shoes, injury prevention, all weather training, mental preparation, and competition.
