ANKENY CENTENNIAL HS CAMPS | All District Swimming & Diving Camps

This Diving Camp is led by the Ankeny Swimming & Diving Coaching Staff. Open to ANY and ALL Students Enrolled in Ankeny Community Schools. |
ALL DISTRICT PRE-SEASON GIRLS DIVING CAMP
Head diving coach, Mandy Parton, will provide instruction on diving fundamentals necessary for high school diving competition. Divers must be comfortable swimming in deep water. One piece, competition style swimming suits are required. Divers will begin camp with strength and core training from 8:00-9:00 a.m. followed by a diving session in the pool from 9:00-10:00 a.m. This camp is designed for girls entering 8-12th grade.
