Track and Field Camp
The Track and Field camp invites any boy or girl ages 6-15, not yet in high school. Campers will be introduced to a diverse range of track and field events. Instruction will cover running fundamentals and techniques designed to improve both speed and endurance. Campers will also explore hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot put and disk. No experience required. Each day will consist of warm-up activities, exhibitions by event experts, drills, teaching sessions and simulated competitions. Campers will experience the sport with the guidance of the LRHS Coaches and Athletes. Each camper should wear shorts, t-shirt, appropriate skin protection and running shoes. Please bring a water bottle and snack with your name on it.

When: Monday - Friday, Times: 8:00am - 12:00pm Who: Boys & Girls Ages: 6 - 15 Cost: $135 (Includes T-Shirt) In order to receive a camp T-shirt you must register by May 31 |
