The Girl's Team Camp is an intensive camp, consisting of 3 field sessions per day, instructed by coaches from various universities, and assisted by division I college players. Players will study the technical and tactical aspects of soccer, be coached through a match experience by their college coach, and receive lectures on nutrition / conditioning, "how to get recruited", and "different levels of college soccer".
