St. Francis Borgia High School Camps
Cross Country Camp
This camp will focus on the process of developing cardiovascular endurance. Camp will also cover proper warm up, cool down and supplemental (weight, core, flexibility) training. Camp will be at Shaw Nature Reserve on Thursday Only.
