St. Francis Borgia High School Camps
Wrestling Camp
Basic foundational wrestling skills, take downs, top-bottom position neutral, hand fighting, pummelling and live benches at the end of the week.
Please bring shorts, t-shirt, socks, tennis shoes and water bottle. If you have head gear, mouth guard or wrestling shoes, please bring but not necessary.
