For: Entering 6th Grade and UP Fall of 2019 and ALL Skill Levels

Monday/Wednesday Sessions Dates: Begins June 1 thru July 8th Each session is 1/2 hour skills followed by Solospike Training and NEW this YEAR FITNESS/STRENGTH TRAINING Cost: $295 per player
Session Times: 6:40 PM

SoloSpike Video Analysis Dates *
Monday/Wednesday sessions: June 1, June 15, and July 6
Tuesday/Thursday sessions: June 2, June 16 and July 7

As much as possible, players will be divided into skill groups within each session. This means workouts will vary depending on skill level.
