RMS Cross Country Camp 2020
Dates: July 14th - August 6th Grades: 5th - 8th Time: 7:30am - 9:00am Cost: $35

All participants will learn about the basics of distance running, training concepts, the importance of nutrition, and the value of weight and core training for distance running. The basis of our instruction is consistency through a TEAM concept to achieve personal bests and have fun! All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. This is a lifelong, rewarding, and healthy activity for kids of all ability levels.

Camp Schedule:

Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30am to 9:00am.
Starts: 7/14/2020
Ends: 8/6/2020

Location:

Tuesday and Thursday: Rotolo Middle School
- Please drop and pick up at the RMS athletic entrance off of Papermill Hill Dr.
- Athlete check-in will start at 7:15am
