GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY CAMP
Dates: August 6th - 7th Grades Next Fall: 7th - 12th Time: 9am -12pm Cost: $40, Includes T-Shirt

LOCATION: City High Gym foyer

EQUIPMENT: Workout Clothes, Running Shoes

OBJECTIVES: Build the City High Cross Country TEAM concept.
Begin a training program to prepare runners for City High & SE
Junior High seasons.
Introduce runners to a variety of workouts and practical strength
training for runners.
Provide runners with information regarding nutrition, shoes, injury
prevention, all weather training, mental preparation and racing.
