Shannon Hudson Volleyball Camps
Prospect Camp
Prospect Camp is a 3 day camp designed for players that are serious about playing at the collegiate level. Each camper will have the opportunity to maximize their volleyball potential with lots of skill repetitions and game play scenarios. The Camp will incorporate challenging drills in a competitive format. Our assessment session will include a combination of conditioning drills to determine speed, strength and skill level. Breakout sessions will also include strength and conditioning, game play and advice on the admissions process.

**Camp is Limited to 50 Campers
*All Campers will recieve a "LR Bears Camp" T-shirt and all meals. Resident also includes dorm room*

Coaching: Shannon Hudson Volleyball Camps are directed by Lenoir-Rhyne University Head Volleyball Coach, Shannon Hudson. Instruction for the camp will be provided by the LR volleyball coaching staff and current members of the Bears volleyball team including LR Assistant Coach Mark Wimberley.
