This day camp will provide an experience similar to that of a UD student-athlete and is designed for athletes who desire intensive and in-depth instruction. This camp will break down the defensive skills of all positions. Key mechanics of the swing and game day At Bat process will also be covered to better enhance each athlete’s offensive success. During a catered lunch, a mental training session will be conducted with additional points of emphasis including leadership development, confidence enhancement, failure recovery, nutrition education and communication strategies to assist campers in maximizing their softball IQ.
