SportsMetrics

SportsMetrics is a class designed to enhance sports performance and reduce the risk of ACL injuries. This 6-week course will focus on jumping and landing mechanics that can help your child decrease the risk of suffering a major knee injury, as well as improve their sports performance measures such as vertical jump, 20yd dash, T-Test, and broad jump. This program is one of only two programs that have been shown in scientific studies to achieve both injury prevention as well as sports performance enhancement. Give your child all the advantages for their sports, plus it’s a great workout!

Instructor, Adam Simon is a certified and licensed athletic trainer. He has four years of post-graduate experience working with collegiate athletes helping prevent and rehabilitate athletic injuries. His bachelor’s degree is from Weber State University which competes at the NCAA division 1 level where he gained experience working with division 1 volleyball, football and basketball athletes. Additionally he recently graduated with a Master of Science in Human Movement Science. In 2016 he was certified to teach SportsMetrics and enjoys helping the youth reach their full athletic potential.
