Tumble Time

Class will feature an introduction to balancing, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes will begin with: stretching, splits, bridging, as well as additional balancing skills. From there the class will progress into floor skills: forward and backward rolls, headstands, handstands, cartwheels, and limbers. The class will continue progressing with the students towards additional skills such as: walkovers, front handsprings, and more. All participants should have hair pulled up and clean bare feet for the class. Instructor, Jessica Murray, is a Certified Acrobatics Teacher and has been teaching dance and tumbling for the past 15 years.

Dates: June 9-11; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
