Event Description

2020 High Intensity Skills Camp @ Bridgewater College

The High Intensity Volleyball Skills Camp is designed to challenge, encourage, and develop players of all skill levels in a positive and fun environment. There is a high emphasis placed on developing individual skill sets, creating competitive learning opportunities, and expanding each player’s volleyball IQ through game-like scenarios. We keep a low coach to player ratio, so there is a lot of individualized instruction and attention placed on each camper’s development every session.We incorporate Q&A sessions during rest periods to allow campers to learn more about recruiting, the Bridgewater Volleyball Program, what it is like being a college athlete, balancing academics, our team and coaches, etc.

Additional Info

  • Please note that overnight housing in dorms is not provided. All campers are responsible for their own transportation and overnight accommodations. We have secured a discounted rate ($80 + tax) with a local hotel for any out-of-town campers/families that need somewhere to stay on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights.   • A Certified Athletic Trainer will be on campus for the duration of camp for injuries and emergencies.
  • All campers should wear: spandex/shorts, t-shirts, kneepads, and volleyball shoes or sneakers.
  • All campers should bring their own water bottles. Water refilling stations will be provided but campers are responsible for bringing their own water bottles to each session.
