Event Description

Premier ID Camp | 2020

Premier players will prepare for high-level high school soccer and the college game by learning through small-sided games, a technical session, and a full-sided game. Goalkeeper training will be available throughout the day. Sessions will cover the mental and physical aspects of the game to teach players the motivational skills required for high-level competition.

In response to the continuing presence of COVID-19, we have adapted our camp format to prioritize the health & safety of campers. With these changes and the continued measured re-opening here in Iowa, we are very confident camp will take place this summer.

Throughout the entirety of camp, we will follow all state & local guidelines for social distancing. There will be COVID-19 Symptom Screening at the start of the camp day. Face Covering & Hand Sanitizer use will be encouraged. We will also take additional measures for cleaning & sanitization of facilities/equipment. Our COVID-19 refund policy created earlier this year is still in place, and more information can be found at the bottom of this page.

There are now two options for camp registration.

1-Day ID Camp + Residential Option
August 2nd & 3rd
Ages: 15 - 18, Boys
Check-In: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
Cost: $130  |  Includes Camp Shirt
Registration Deadline July 27th

(Limited to 28 players total)

1-Day ID Camp – August 2nd – We will provide the same great on-field experience without the need to spend a night in the dorm. This option allows families additional flexibility with regard to health and finances. We will also limit total attendance on August 2nd to 50 registered campers. The reduced number will aid in social distancing and cleaning procedures.

1-Day ID Camp + Residential – August 2nd & 3rd – In addition to the 1-Day ID Camp, this option provides an overnight stay on-campus, breakfast and additional soccer programming on the morning of August 3rd. In previous years, the off-field interactions with Wartburg student-athletes and coaches have been an invaluable part of each camper’s experience. This option allows us to still offer a residential experience while taking additional steps to prioritize the health & safety of all involved. We have limited the total number of overnight campers to guarantee single occupancy sleeping areas and aid social distancing & sanitization efforts.
