Oswego High School Boys Summer Running

This camp is an expectation for all high school boys 9th-12th grade at OHS who are planning to compete for the OHS Panther Cross Country Team.  Proper training routines will be taught as well as appropriate and specific weight training and nutrition.  Focus will be put on the development of team comradere while continuing to build the championship culture.

High School Camp Registrants:
All high school camp registrants (9-12 grade) MUST be attending the High School they are registering for in the fall of 2020 per IHSA Rules.  (i.e. OE students can NOT register at OHS and Benet students can NOT register at OHS or OEHS)
