Fall Prospect Camp Information

Who: Classes of 2021 - 2024
Camp starts: 8:30 a.m.
Cost: $125 per camper

Camp Itinerary Itinerary is subject to change If we go over a certain number we will split the camp into two groups with a similar itinerary
7:30-8:30	Camp Check In
8:30-8:45	Welcome Staff Introduction
8:45-9:00	Dynamic Warm-Up
9:00-9:30	Everybody 60 Yard Dash (each player run twice)
9:30-9:45	Arms Loose
9:45-10:15	Defensive Evaluation (primary pitchers secondary position)
10:15-10:30	Break while coaches/players set up field for on field BP
10:30-11:15	Hitting stations: Exit Velo off tee (blast motion) Front Toss in Cage 2 Live on field 3 rounds of 6 Shag Group
11:15-12:00	Primary Defensive instructional period
12:00-2:00	Live Scrimmage Each Pitcher gets 5 batters to face (1-1 count) Each player will get at least 2 live at bats.
2:00-3:30	Campus Tour
