5 TOOL 4 THE HEROES FESTIVAL

DATE: April 17-18, 2021
ENTRY FEE: $295 per Team 14u, 12u
$225 per Team 10u
UMPIRES: $50 PAP
3 Pool to a Single Elimination Bracket

Show your support for the 4 The Heroes foundation and honor the brave men and women who protect us.
Saturday Evening there will be a BBQ fundraiser and concert at Freiheit Country Store benefitting 4 the Heroes all players and coaches in the tournament will receive a free bbq dinner. Bring your whole team and parents out to honor our Heroes and eat some great bbq cooked Chisolm Trail BBQ of Lockhart.

5 Tool Prime Event Rules:

ASA rules except for a modification relating to the playing lineup.

5 Tool allows the use of a DP/Flex and the EP/EH in the same lineup.

Pool Game Time Limits: 1 hour 15 minute, finish the batter for 12u and 14u….10u games are 1 hour 10 minutes, finish the batter

  1. Bracket Game Time Limits: 1 hour 30 minute, finish the inning for 12u and 14u….10u games are 1 hour 10 minutes, finish the inning.
  2. Run Rule for ALL age groups: 10 runs after 4, 8 runs after 5
  3. Pool play games only allows free substitution or bat your lineup. Each team will need to turn in a lineup at the home plate meeting.
  4. Basic ASA rules with lineup modification.
  5. Coaches will flip for home team.
  6. NO PROTEST TOURNAMENT

5-Tool 2021 Refund Policy

  • Teams may receive a full refund if requested 3 weeks or more before event start date.
  • Teams may receive a full refund less 25% if requested 14-20 days out from event start date.
  • No refunds will be issued during the 2 weeks before event start date.
