Event Description

Earl Chambers Unsigned Football Showcase
for 2021 High School & Recent Graduates

at Calloway Stadium

Saturday, February 13th, 2021
Time: 8:00am - 12:30pm
Cost: $89 per athlete

THE UNSIGNED SENIOR SHOWCASE GUARANTEES THAT THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO WILL BE ATTENDING THE SHOWCASE ARE:

  • 2021 High School Graduates and Recent High Graduates Looking for an Opportunity to Play College Football
  • College Coaches Looking to Recruit Players for the Fall of 2021

HOW DOES THE UNSIGNED SENIOR SHOWCASE BENEFIT PLAYERS?

  1. The college coaches are attending because they are looking for players to sign and commit to their roster for the 2021 with the possibility of academic and/or athletic aid.
  2. The Unsigned Senior Showcase features colleges from four-year institutions in NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and the NAIA as well as Junior College programs.
  3. Seniors will have regular interaction with college coaches throughout the day concerning any instruction and performance.
  4. Group discussion will be led by college coaches on the remaining recruiting process and tips for moving forward.

HOW DOES THE UNSIGNED SENIOR SHOWCASE BENEFIT COACHES? WHY DO THEY ATTEND?

  1. Smaller college programs like NCAA DII, DIII, NAIA and Junior College have limited recruiting budgets. The Unsigned Senior Showcase provides them a stipend so they can afford to attend.
  2. With talent located in one location the Unsigned Senior Showcase allows coaches to come together to see talented players who they already know have a passion to play college football.
  3. Coaches attending will be at the showcase for the entire day and will see all positions go through workouts.

OUR GOAL

  1. To provide interested coaches and passionate players the opportunity to meet and evaluate each other.
  2. To create an affordable opportunity that benefits both coaches and players and parents.

WHAT TO BRING
All campers need to bring athletic tennis shoes (in case of indoor activities), football cleats and all other equipment they would need to compete in a game (mouthpiece, gloves, etc). Players will not need a helmet or pads as there will be no contact. Players also are encouraged to email unofficial copies of transcripts, resumes, and film to recruiting coordinator Dale Creamer at dcreamer@lagrane.edu.
