Youth and Middle School One Day Camp
Bill Schindel is the head wrestling coach at Adrian College. Schindel Camps focus on individualized instruction to help athletes gain a competitive edge during the off season. Expect to improve on all facets of wrestling- stance, positioning, mat strategy, and technique.

Who: Open to all wrestlers with at least one year of experience.

Training Sessions:
10:00 am – 11:30 am (Technique/Skill Session)
11:30 am – 12:30 pm (Lunch provided)
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm (Technique/Skill Session)
2:00 pm – 2:15 pm (Break)
2:15 pm – 3:00 pm (Live session)
