Kamiakin Summer Athletic Conditioning Camp
This camp is to teach the fundamentals of running, jumping, athletic development, Strength training, leadership, and character building. We will work on the Kamiakin tacks and new turf field. We will have specific emphasis each day. Monday’s are 107 days with basic core fundamentals. Tuesday will be our plyometric days with stair work included. Wednesday will be our Speed and HOP (House of Pain) days. Thursday will be long distance and game days. We will take one day (July 27th) and hike Badger Mountain as a group. Parents are invited to join their kids for this day.
