Forest Hills Eastern High School Sports Camps
Michigan Pole Vault Camps
Sessions will focus on developing the basic skills needed to be successful in the pole vault. Athletes will focus on runway technique, carrying the pole, establishing a solid plant, developing a strong swing, and perfecting the turn at the top of the vault.
All sessions will be fun, and coaching will be tailored to each athlete’s ability level.
