Open to girls who are rising freshman to seniors in high school. Our College Prospect Showcase is designed to provide exposure to the Troy University coaching staff. On-field instruction, small sided games and 11v11 matches combined with discussions about nutrition and strength & conditioning provide an all around view into the life of a Troy Soccer student-athlete. This camp will give you a chance to see more about Troy Soccer and an in-depth view of our facilities. Limited space available.

This College Prospect Showcase is an ideal opportunity for all students (grades 8-12), to take part and be exposed to the college soccer environment at Troy University.

FACILITIES: The Troy University Soccer Field will serve as the primary training location. An alternate site will be used in case of inclement weather. We will also incorporate the weight room and athletic training room into the program.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Soccer boots / cleats, running shoes, & shin guards
• Training gear - including rain jacket
• Indoor shoes / tennis shoes - in case of inclement weather
• Change of clothes, towel, and sunscreen

Day 1

• 12:00-1:00pm      Check-In @ Troy Soccer Complex
• 1:00-1:15pm        Intros / Team Organization
• 1:15-2:30pm        GK Training & Small Group Training Sessions
• 2:45-3:15pm        Break / Time for Transition
• 3:15-4:45pm        Group Training Session w/ 7v7 small sided matches
• 5:00-6:30pm        Dinner Break - NOT PROVIDED BY Troy
• 6:45-8:30pm        Warm-Up & 11v11 Matches

Day 2

• 8:00-9:00am         Check-In @ Troy Soccer Complex
• 9:00-10:30am       GK Training & Small Group Training Sessions
• 10:45-12:00pm     Group Training Session - 7v7 small sided
• 12:00-1:00am       Lunch - NOT PROVIDED BY Troy
• 1:15-2:45pm          11v11 Matches
