Event Description

ELITE CAMP

The York College Elite Camp is designed to give campers a full volleyball experience. Beyond on court instruction, campers will have sessions involving mental training, film study, fitness and nutrition. Our goal is to offer complete training to the athletes. Each day will consist of position specific work, team work, and classroom sessions.

July 11th - 15th

LOCATION: Charles Wolf Gym
ENTERING GRADES: 11th - Freshmen in College
(or 2 years of High School Varsity)
TIME: 9:00am - 11:30am
COST: $255.00 per Camper

Each camper will receive a shirt, bag and all training materials required if registered before June 15th.

What to bring:
Please bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Camp will provide all other materials like notebooks, pens, and workbooks.

10:30 - 11:30 AM	Scrimmages/Team Games
