Prospect Wire Softball Event Rules:

• Prospect Wire Softball is not a sanctioning body, but in Prime Events will follow basic ASA rules except for a modification relating to the playing lineup.
• Prospect Wire Softball allows the use of a DP/Flex and the EP/EH in the same lineup.
• Pool Game Time Limits: 1 hour 30 minutes, finish the batter for 12u and 14u....1 hour 10 minutes for 10u
• 1. Bracket Game Time Limits: 1 hour 30 minutes, finish the inning for 12u and 14u....10u 1 hour 15 minutes finish the inning
• 2. Run Rule for ALL age groups: 10 runs after 4, 8 runs after 5
• 3. Practice games only allows free substitution or bat your lineup. Each team will need to turn in a lineup at the home plate meeting.
• 4. Basic ASA rules with lineup modification.
• 5. Coaches will flip for home team.
• 6. NO PROTEST TOURNAMENT

Refund Policy

• Teams may receive a full refund if requested 3 weeks or more before event start date.
• Teams may receive a full refund less 25% if requested 14-20 days out from event start date.
• No refunds will be issued during the 2 weeks before event start date.
