Summer Youth Baseball Camp

June 10th - Weather Makeup Day
AGES: 6 - 14
No prior baseball experience needed!
LOCATION: Scharmyn Park
300 Cedar Drive, Pittsburgh, Pa 15237
COST: $135

Join the 2022 North Hills High School coaches & players for a week filled with energy, positivity and of course baseball! Players will experience skill development while learning to work together as a team.

Camp Instructors
North Hills Baseball staff, Other area Varsity coaches and members of the NH varsity baseball team.

Camp Goals
Players will…

  • Learn the fundamentals of baseball in all aspects of the game.
  • Learn the importance of the “team concept.”
  • Engage in age appropriate team competitions.

Registration Includes:

  • Camp t-shirt
  • Daily instruction on all aspects of the game
  • Day of skills competition
  • Special recognitions and awards for contest winners
  • Camp evaluation

Camp Attire

  • Camp t-shirt – handed out at registration on Day 1 of camp
  • Baseball cleats or athletic shoes
  • Baseball pants or athletic pants

What to Bring
*Be sure to label all personal items & equipment clearly with players LAST name

  • Glove
  • Bat
  • Helmet (If available, if not some will be provided)
  • Sunblock
  • Concession stands will be open every day at 10am for players to purchase snack & drink items (optional)
  • Players may also bring their own snack & drink
  • A positive attitude & willingness to learn

Camp Schedule:

  • 7:30-Check-in
  • 8:00-Camp Begins
  • 8:00-8:15 Introductions and Discussions
  • 8:15-10:30 Instruction/Drills
  • 10:30-11:00 Snack/Lunch (concession stand will be open)
  • 11:00-12:00 Camp Games (Age appropriate)
  • 12:00-12:10 Closing Remarks
