Defense and Blocking Clinic
Our specific skills camps provide a deep dive into skill fundamentals and provide a foundation for how to perform skills at a high level. The Defense and Blocking clinic will be designed to provide players with:
Fundamental focuses on defensive mechanics, techniques, systems and principles
Fundamental focus on blocking mechanics, techniques, systems and principles
Techniques of reading the game effectively from the backrow and front row
