Summer Softball Prospect Camp

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:

• 8:30 - Registation
• 9:00-9:50 - Pitchers and Catchers
• 9:40 - Position Players Warmup
• 10:00-10:40 - Drills
• 10:00-10:45 - BP
• 11:30 - 12:00 - Front Toss Scrimmage
• 12:00-1:00 - Lunch (On your Own)
• 1:00-2:50 - Scrimmage
• 2:50 - 3 - Q & A

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Players must bring their own equipment (glove, bat, helmet, cleats). Names should be placed on your personal equipment.
• In case of inclement weather, we may move indoors. Players must have a pair of tennis shoes / trainers available each day for this contingency.
• Refunds will be given in full, less a 10% processing fee, until 3 days prior to the day of the camp.
• Will Receive a Camp T-Shirt
• Campers will put through a series of infield, outfield and offensive drills as well as game-like situations. Hitters and pitchers will face live at bats during camp.

CAMP STAFF: Henderson State University Coaching Staff and Players

This camp will focus on both individual and team skill development for competitive players. Campers will receive skill instruction in all defensive position groups (pitching, catching, corner infield, middle infield and outfield). Offensive skills taught include hitting, slapping, bunting, and base running. Campers will also be divided into competitive teams and participate in games and/or scrimmages.
