- Passing: Forearm/overhead passing, with a focus on platform, footwork and movement, and serve/receive and free ball techniques. The advanced group will cover 2 and 3 person serve receive strategies and tempo passing.
- Serving: Emphasis overhand/underhand serving mechanics, including hand-to-ball contact, footwork, and tips for generating power, as well as ball placement, and basic serve types (float, topspin) . The advanced group will cover serving strategies, serving aggressively, serving zones, and advanced serve types (jump float, jump serve).
