TROJAN HIGH SCHOOL ELITE  CAMP

This one-day showcase camp is geared towards experienced athletes seeking an opportunity to play at the highest level of collegiate football. Campers will receive elite level instruction in a fast paced and competitive environment. Instruction will be led by USC’s coaching staff and current USC players. High School Elite Camp will include position specific instruction, group instruction, and one-on-one competition periods.

• Camp 1 registration will be from 2:00PM-3:00PM PST. The camp will be conducted from 3:00PM-6:00PM PST.
• All campers will receive a camp shirt at registration. This camp is open to all entering grades 9-12.

High School Elite Camp will provide your camper the opportunity to experience the USC Championship tradition while learning elite football skills from our award-winning coaches and athletes!

WHAT TO BRING

• A camp store will be available should campers and parents wish to purchase apparel and merchandise.

MEDICAL WAIVER & MINORS RELEASE FORM

Each camper must print and complete the Medical Waiver & Minor's Release Form and bring it to camp check-in. (Do not mail the form.) This completed form is REQUIRED for camp participation.

LOCATION, FACILITIES & SUPERVISION

All USC Football Camps will be held on the USC University Park Campus, located just south of downtown in Historic South-Central Los Angeles. Camp sessions will be held on Howard Jones/Brian Kennedy practice fields as well as Cromwell/Brittingham fields. Registration will take place at Heritage Hall, which celebrates the proud history of Trojan athletics and houses our six Heisman trophies. Camp instruction and supervision is provided by the USC coaching staff, USC Football support staff, and current USC players. All camp staff members are required to complete a background check prior to employment. PARKING

• Parking is $20 per day on the USC campus. We are not responsible for parking citations.  Recommended parking locations include:
• Downey Way Structure – Access through USC campus gate #6 on the corner of Vermont and 36th Place. After parking proceed North towards Heritage Hall
• Jefferson Blvd Structure – Access from Jefferson East bound, near Orchard St. After parking proceed East towards Heritage Hall.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT

An authorized adult MUST be present to check their camper in and out each day. We will not permit campers to be dropped off early. They MUST be checked in by an adult.

Check out will be at the camp practice field. For check-out, the authorized adult should arrive 10 minutes prior to camp conclusion to pick up your camper. Campers will not be released to anyone not authorized by parent/guardian. Per University policy, we will be required to contact the LA Police Department to attend to any camper not picked up within 30 minutes of camp conclusion.

TRANSPORTATION & LODGING

For those traveling from out of the area or out of state to attend our camps we recommend lodging at the USC hotel. Rooms are available for direct booking by calling 1-833-2-BOOK-USC. Rooms may be booked online at uschotel.usc.edu. The hotel is located at 3540 South Figueroa Street Los Angeles, California, 90007, a 5-minute walk through campus to our camp headquarters at Heritage Hall.

ADMISSION OF CAMP SPECTATORS

Those who would like to attend a camp and view activities as a spectator must be the family of a camp participant. A coach bringing camp participants to the camp may enter as a spectator by showing evidence of employment as a coach (eg. Business card, team roster, game program etc.). Due to space limitations spectators will not be permitted inside the John McKay Center. Family members are welcome to watch any of our practice sessions, however, no bleachers or seating is available on the practice fields, so parents will want to bring their own seating accommodations.

HEALTH, SAFETY & INSURANCE COVERAGE:

All participants must be covered by personal medical insurance. In addition to submitting a parent/guardian waiver, we require that each camper submit a copy of their Fall 2022 sports or school physical (physicals must be dated within one year prior to the start of camp). Due to the heat and fast-paced tempo of our practices, each camper is encouraged to come to camp in good physical condition. Every effort is made to protect the health and safety of each camper through our certified athletic training staff, supervised warm-up periods, constant inspection of equipment and responsible instruction. It is the responsibility of each camper to stay hydrated. Water and Powerade® will be available at all times. Campers without the proper parent/guardian signatures on their registration form will not be allowed to participate!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to change a session or cancel one altogether, we must receive your request in writing via the refund request form with a valid reason. For all camps, cancellations received:

• Before 5/25 = 100% Refund - $25 Cancellation Fee
• Between 5/25-5/31= 50% Refund
• Day of camp or following camp = No Refund (this includes cancellation of camp due to severe weather)
• Please note, the convenience fee associated with online registration is non-refundable.

IN CASE OF SEVERE WEATHER

If lightning or severe weather is in the area, parents will be asked to keep campers with them until the severe weather has cleared the area. The camp staff will be in contact with weather authorities to determine the practice status. The safety of our campers will be the primary consideration.

It is recommended that you leave electronics (ipods, ipads, laptops) and jewelry at home. USC Football Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  USC Football is not responsible for parking citations.

TO REGISTER

Registration is available online.  Full payment is due upon registration. Please note, camps may reach camps may reach the maximum capacity prior to the registration deadline. Should that occur, registrations will be placed on a waiting list, and campers will receive an email indicating such.

• Groups of 25 or more will receive 10% back on the method of payment used at check-out. 
• The entire group must be registered and verified before the discount will be applied.
  
  Discounts will be processed after June 25, 2023.

USC Football Camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any of the University of Southern California Sports Camps. Expenses include but are not limited to, lodging, meals, transportation, and/or camp tuition. Exception: Boosters may provide expenses for his/her immediate family members to attend any camps.
