Featuring: Pitching everyday skills, building power through proper body sequencing, increasing conditioning and goal setting. Starting preparations for upcoming spring season.
** You MUST bring your OWN CATCHER**
***Please bring a pair of CLEATS/SNEAKERS, & your OWN equipment***
