Panthers United Field Hockey

Winter Indoor - U12 Black and Royal (Invitation Only)

This team will meet twice a week on Sundays and Thursdays. Indoor Season Fees include all practices and four standard tournaments. Fees DO NOT include the National Indoor Tournament (Feb. 24th-26th)

Tournaments:

January TBD - Panther Play Day
January 22nd - CNU
February 4th - Spooky Nook/PA
February 12th - Freedom Hockey/MD

December 4th - February 26th
(No practice Dec. 25th and Jan. 1st)

Who:
• U12 Black
• U12 Royal

Sundays: 3:00-5:00pm
Thursdays: 6:30-8:30pm

Cost:
Pay in Full: $665
($25 Rebate if Paid in full by December 1st)

3-Part Payment Option:
$225 - Due December 1, 2022
$220 - Due January 1, 2023
$220 - February 1, 2023

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR WAIVERS will be issued for any reason after December 1st. Third party insurance is available during registration.
