2023 TEAM CAMP

ONLINE REGISTRATION

DATES: June 20 - 22 WHO: Middle School, High School & Travel Players
Players Register (After Coach Has Registered Team)
Coaches Register Team (Before Players Can Sign Up)

ONE DAY INFORMATION:

$75 Team Fee - Due By June 13th
$30 per Player - No Food
$40 per Player - Food Included
3 Game Guarantee & T-Shirt

TWO DAY INFORMATION:

$85 Team Fee - Due By June 13th
$40 per Player - No Food
$50 per Player - Food Included
6 Game Guarantee & T-Shirt

THREE DAY INFORMATION:

$95 Team Fee - Due By June 13th
$50 per Player - No Food
$60 per Player - Food Included
9 Game Guarantee & T-Shirt

CAMP INFORMATION:

Coaches: Please bring physicals of each player when you check-in.
Players: At registration please bring the following: Medical Release Form.
THE ABOVE FORMS ARE MANDATORY FOR ANY PLAYER WHO PARTICIPATES IN CAMP. IF A PLAYER DOES NOT HAVE THE
FORMS OR IF THEY ARE NOT FILLED OUT CORRECTLY, THE PLAYER CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN CAMP.
