Satellite Camps

Camps are open to each and all entrants-limited by only number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Where? At your own facility. We will come to you!

When? Coastal Carolina Volleyball Academy staff is flexible as to the days and hours. Camp dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Who: Your volleyball players, a minimum of 16 campers or more, and both Varsity and JV campers are welcome to attend!

What: Four to six sessions (approximately 2.5 hours each) of individual and/or team skill practice. This may include any combination of the following:

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

Option #1: Deposit and remaining balance payments option:

After reserving the satellite camp dates, a deposit payment of $1,200.00 ($75.00/camper for a minimum of 16 campers) needs to be paid to hold the dates for the camp. The camp deposit payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice, and any remaining balances along with the completed registration forms will be due 7 days prior to the first day of the camp at the latest for processing. 

Option #2: Online registration with a full camp payment option:

Campers may register for the satellite camps on our secure server online by paying the full camp fee within 30 days of reserving the camp dates to hold the dates for the camp. Also, any camper that would register later after their tryout will be able to complete the registration online up to 7 days prior to the first day of the camp.  

Please Note: Campers need to bring their own lunches to camp.

Prorated camp fee for partial attendance is available for each camper, which needs to be communicated in advance via email at ccvacamps@gmail.com. 

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations  without a refund request submitted in writing via email, prior to the camp start date.

Cancellations due to injury will be refunded in full minus the online processing fee. These refund requests will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that your Camper is unable to participate for medical reasons. Cancellations for any other reasons will be refunded all but the $75.00 non-refundable deposit and the online convenience fee. Once camp begins, refunds will NOT be given. 

To cancel via email, please send your notification to ccvacamps@gmail.com, and note in the subject line  "Satellite Camp Cancellation” and make sure to include camper's name, camp's name, and camp dates.

*Please Note: For closer locations, coaches will travel on the first day of the camp, and the first camp session of the camp may start at 10:00 am. For farther locations, coaches will travel the day before the first day of the camp, and the first camp session starts at 9:00 am.  

2-day satellite camp schedule including 4 sessions:             

Day 1.                     

Session I:            9:00 am - 11:30 am                   *(or 10:00 am -12:30 pm)                         

Lunch Break:      11:30am - 12:30 pm                   *(or 12:30 pm -1:30 pm)  

Session 2:           12:30 pm - 3:00 pm                   *(or 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm)
