Triton Baseball Camps are a great opportunity for prospective college baseball players to work with and be evaluated by the UC San Diego coaching staff.

Each player will receive top notch instruction from the coaching staff that helped the Tritons become the 2023 Big West Champions in only their third year of division 1 competition. The Tritons achieved 4th place in their inaugural season in division 1 baseball and in the powerhouse Big West Conference. Prior to transitioning to the Big West, the Tritons were the 3-time defending West Region champions, representing the West in the Division II College World Series. In the Covid shortened season the Tritons were ranked #1 in the country  in DII baseball.

Our camps are designed as two-day events for position players and two-way players. Pitchers Only, make sure you sign up for the “Pitcher Only” option.  If you  have a conflict and are only able to attend one of the days of camp, please email Dane Stankiewicz at dstankiewicz@ucsd.edu and I will help you sign up for just 1 day. The camp will include skill instruction, simulated games, and live game play.

Pitcher Only

If you are a pitcher only, we will host a separate camp for you on day 2.  You will check in at 7:30am and from there will be taken through a day in the life of  a Triton pitcher.  You will pitch in the scrimmage and be evaluated by the coaches as well as, arm care, throwing routines, weights and conditioning talks, and other activities performed by Triton pitchers on a daily basis. Your camp will end at 2:00pm with  the rest of the camp.

What to Bring

Each camp participant must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Please bring adequate snacks and meals for the  duration of the camp. There will be an athletic trainer present on both days with water and ice available.

Check-in: 1:15 p.m. check in on Day 1. 7:30 a.m. check-in for pitchers on Day 2.

Each athlete must bring the complete, signed Required Release Forms in order to participate at camp!

Players receive:

Game situations, pro-style workout, drills, and individual instruction

Please mark all equipment, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Due to the popularity of our camps and demand for camp slots all refunds and future camp credits will be handled on a case by case basis.
