DAY 1 (6/7)
- Noon - 2:00pm Check in (weigh in/ skin checks)
- 2:30 - 3:00pm Orientation
- 3:00 - 4:30pm Technique session/ Games
- 5:00 - 5:50pm Dinner
- 7:00 - 9:00pm Technique Session 2/ Competition
- 10:00pm Lights out
DAY 2 (6/8)
- 6:00am Optional run with Coach
- 7:00 - 7:30am Breakfast
- 9:00 - 11:00am Technique session 1/ Games
- 11:30 - 12:00pm Lunch
- 1:30 - 3:00pm Technique session 2/ Games
- 3:00 - 4:45pm Facilities/ Campus tour/Recreation
- 5:00 - 5:30pm Dinner
- 7:00 - 9:00pm Technique Session 2/ Competition
- 10:00pm Lights out
